Beverley T. Mutandiro
Founder
As an NHS Trust Governor for one of the leading trusts, Beverley T. Mutandiro is an evangelist, an experienced supported living manager, and human rights campaigner. Her passion for serving others drives her vision for IWAC: to build a supportive and inclusive community for women from all backgrounds.
Beverley founded the charity Integration of Women Across Cultures (IWAC) to engage women from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and creeds throughout the UK. IWAC aims to highlight and celebrate the positive aspects of diverse cultures, fostering understanding, appreciation, and synergy that enrich women’s lives both personally and professionally. She believes that sharing life experiences can empower and inspire personal growth, making everyone a better person.
At IWAC, our focus is on togetherness. We offer activities such as coffee mornings, summer picnics with or without our children , fitness sessions, career directions, mindfulness workshops, balloon artistry, parenting advises, marriage or relationship advices, and pastoral support. Our goal is to help our members learn essential life skills and resilience, understanding that challenges are part of life but that there is always hope. We encourage each other, learn to manage on various budgets, and participate in meaningful activities, including cultural events and community gatherings.

Nora V Smith
Operations Director/ Trustee
Nora V is a mental health practitioner who provides therapy and counselling services for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, low mood, trauma, and bereavement. She also advocates for those in need of support during times of isolation and emotional distress. Nora V will oversee the organisation of the West Midlands region, encompassing Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, and surrounding areas, either directly or through coordinated teams. She is eager to engage with everyone and values hearing their perspectives. As part of the IWAC charity, she believes in the collective strength and progress achieved through unity.

Taranjit Rattan
Events & Communication Coordinator
